First-time attendees are encouraged to sign up prior to class. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.

FEES FOR class series

Classes are conducted in a 5-week series. The series repeats every 5 weeks. $75 for the series paid at the beginning of the series.

Series can be purchased in the yoga studio before class begins.

THINGS TO KNOW

Bring a mat or towel.
Bring a water bottle if you would like.
Wear form-fitting clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
Class Series are open to students 15 years and older.
All new yoga students will complete a PAR-Q (waiver) and questionnaire before their first class.
- Note: Any "negative" PAR-Q forms will require medical clearance/physician note before participating.
