March: Self-Harm Awareness Month
Self-harm behaviors are typically linked to emotional distress. They are a harmful attempt to cope with emotional pain, sadness, anger, or stress. The key to overcoming these harmful behaviors is to learn how to cope with difficult emotions in a healthy way.
If you or someone you know suffers from self-harming behaviors, you are not alone. There is help. To learn more or to find a therapist, please get in touch with us.
If you have thoughts about self-harm, call or text 988 (the suicide and crisis lifeline) for immediate support. You are loved, there is hope, and there is help!

We are committed to investing in humanity
"What is kind and loving for you is kind and loving for all humans." We know this starts with caring, concern, and understanding about ourselves to have care, concern, and understanding of others. The work we are privileged to do every day as therapists allow us to empower others to do the same for themselves and in turn for others.
