Safety Procedures &
Requirements

We are eager to work with you and have thoughtfully put safety procedures and requirements in place to protect the health and wellness of our clients and employees. These measures will help us create a safe environment where our clinicians can continue to provide professional and compassionate counseling and consulting services during the ongoing pandemic.

Below, find what you can expect from us, and also what will be required of all clients attending in-person sessions.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • All employees are required to wear masks in the building and in session with clients if they meet the definitions of exposure as defined by the Centers for Disease Control
  • Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry into the practice and in each therapist’s private office
  • Disinfection procedures followed daily
  • Therapist's offices are sanitized regularly and air purifiers are running while in use.
  • All employees are required to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands with soap and water between clients

WHAT WE ASK OF CLIENTS

Clients may use our indoor waiting rooms or wait in the parking lot 'waiting room' - your therapist will contact you at the time of your appointment from one of these two waiting rooms.
  • Clients and all guests are required to wear masks in the building and in session with clients if they meet the definitions of exposure as defined by the Centers for Disease Control
  • Upon entry all clients will be required to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands with soap and water
  • Please do not enter the building if:
    • you have a fever
    • symptoms of cough or shortness of breath
    • have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or has had symptoms in the past 10 days
  • Teletherapy is a treatment option available for clients experiencing any symptoms or fever, or other circumstances preventing an in-person session due to the current COVID-19 pandemic
