Olivia RolandOffice Coordinator, South County
I am the Office Coordinator for the South County office. I am often the first point of contact for new clients - answering phone calls and emails inquiring about setting up an appointment with Sandhill, as well as scheduling those appointments. I support the therapists in both locations as much as I can, from answering questions about intake processes to making sure we’re stocked up on favorite coffee flavors. I proudly take care of all day to day tasks in the South office, and make sure the clients feel at home and welcome in our space.
I really enjoy connecting with potential clients who are reaching out for counseling. It takes a lot of trust for someone to share what is bringing them in to see a therapist, I don't take that responsibility lightly. I love when a client-therapist match that I made ends up working out well and the client is very happy. I also enjoy creating an atmosphere of peace and comfort in the office from which both clients and therapists can benefit. Outside of Sandhill, I am pursuing a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling, to become a licensed therapist. I moved to St. Louis from New Jersey in 2019 after graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance in 2017. I continue to sing professionally in the greater St. Louis area. I am an avid houseplant enthusiast, caregiver for 7 guinea pigs, and enjoy spending time with my partner and friends exploring St. Louis. |
