All are welcome. Starting May 5th, therapist, Peter Ninneman will be offering a free mindfulness meditation group. From 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM, we will welcome participants, get situated, and help those new to meditation to learn about the practice. Following a reading from a spiritual or philosophical text, we will commence a 20 minute mindfulness meditation. We will be providing cushions, chairs, and yoga mats for you to use, or feel free to bring your own.
