Kelsey is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in community and school-based settings. She received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts. After graduating, Kelsey worked for Youth in Need in the Lindbergh school district for two years.
Kelsey uses a strengths-based, non-judgmental, individualized approach with clients. She has acquired professional training and experience using cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, family systems, and trauma informed approaches with children and families. Kelsey brings authenticity, creativity, and respect to her relationships with clients. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys walking her dog, practicing yoga, reading, playing volleyball, traveling, skiing, hiking, and making bracelets. |
